How do you know how many points you have?
Click My Account and you will see the below Order Information. For your total under Order Status: Shipped, is your points earnt.
For example of the screenshot above, the member has RM380.49 = 380 points. (decimal points are not included). The first purchase is on 18, March 2009, then the last expiry date of the points accumulated will be on 17, June 2009.
You status of Gold or Platinum member will be downgraded to one level lower if there's no purchase within 90 days after the date we have upgraded your member level.
