Skynet or Pos Laju depends on buyer's destination (normally delivery time frame: 1-2 working days) OR Pos Malaysia Parcel Service - (normally delivery time frame: 3-7 working days) These are estimated delivery time frame only depending on the postal service in your area and we have no control for any delay due to specific reason from the shipping company. 4) You will be going through the below shipping method selection while making order. The system will automatically calculate the postage for you based on your selection. Please select your correct shipping area, else it will only delay your ordering process as we need time to correct it for you.
5) Tracking number will be advised via email around 5:00pm-6:00pm once we have shipped out your order. You can check the status of delivery after 8pm-9pm as the info will only be updated by then. If you found the tracking number does not exist, dont get mad first, sometimes the system is down/ hasn't been updated yet. Just try again later/ next day, or contact below during their office hours. - PosLaju/ Pos Malaysia Parcel Tel: 1-300-300-300 Please contact the shipping company if you have not received your parcel after normal delivery time frame. 6. beautyarea2u.com is not responsible for any loss/damage during postal delivery/service. Please make sure the delivery address provided is correct and that the parcel is in good condition (i.e., not wet, no hole leakage on parcel) before you acknowledge receipt. For safety purpose, you can even request to open the parcel and check in front of the despatch before acknowledge receipt. In case of any loss or damage due to delivery please contact related courier company within 48 hour to lodge a complaint. Please contact us immediately for assistant if you find any problem.
Returns All products are checked for conditions before delivery. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition, however sometimes for thousands over quantity of products, for sure we will not have opened one by one for detailed checking. Moreover some products are sealed/ attached with the authenticity proof sticker, if we were to open them, some of you may claim that the products are used/ non-authentic. Therefore, if there is slight imperfection of item, but they do not affect product usage/ function, for e.g. a lil' bit dirty, the bottle is a lil' bit crashed. In these cases, we appreciate your understanding that it is not on purpose. If you are a perfectionist who cannot accept it, please do not order. If you received a problematic product, please take a picture of it immediately and contact us. We will verify the condition and situation and advise accordingly. If it is our mistake for sending wrong item, size or color, we will arrange to resend the product and the return delivery fee will also be refunded by offering you a credit off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement. Only in case the product was sold out, we will refund the value of product. We make every effort to pack and ship our products carefully and we expect the same consideration. All products that are returned need to be packaged in a similar fashion as when received to ensure damage does not occur. Please check the received products whether are they correct as soon as you received them. Do not tell us that we delivered wrong items after you have opened the sealed packaging/ used the product. Regret to inform that we will not be responsible for it anymore. Also, you must inform us not more than 3 days after receipt of parcel. Excuses such as “I was away for holiday”, “not me who opened/ used the product”, “I just noticed it when I wanna use it” will not be entertained. In the event of dispute, beautyarea2u.com decision shall be final and conclusive. It is understandable that online shopping has certain risk as per mentioned above.
