Everything that you need to know, basically are all under the top menu of the website already.

The below FAQs, some are actually repeat. Some are FAQs we used to answer always throughout our selling experience since May 2007, for your reference.

(1) If i pay now, when can i receive?
How long will you take to process my order?
Can you send now? Immediately? Coz is very very urgent, please...
Answer: Your order will be shipped out within 1-2 working days after payment has been confirmed by email/ sms.We strive for our best to ship out your goods on the same day for payment received before 2:00pm, however, this is not guaranteed. (no shipment on 1st Saturday of the month [for poslaju and pos Malaysia parcel], Sunday & public holidays). For details, please read here

(2) I will be away for holiday, can I make sure that I get the parcel on *certain date*?
Can you request the courier company to call me before the delivery?
Can you ask the courier company to come after 3pm? coz I'll only be at home at that time.
Answer: Sorry, we don't own the courier company. The despatch has his own schedule of delivery for the day. Please read here, point no. 5, for more info.

(3) Can cod? I don't mind coming over your place. Coz is very very urgent, please...
Answer: No. All deals are through shipping only. Please read Shopper-Must-Read before placing order.

(4) *certain item* is outta stock now, I want this item and wanna wait for it to come then only I purchase all the items together. Can I pay 1st then you keep the stocks for me and only send to me once items arrived?
Answer: Sorry, we don do reservation and we are only selling ready stock. We have few people working together, it will be a hassle to handle this request and we don't want to hold your payment for unarrival items. In conclusion, please read T&C before placing order.

(5)  I understand that there's no reservation, but can I pay 1st then you hold the stocks for me and only send to me when i back from somewhere? Coz i will be away to somewhere and afraid tht there's no stock anymore by then.
Answer: Yes, as long as you have paid for it, and there's no more changes in the parcel anymore. We will pack it and keep it aside, and wait for ur instruction (max 1 week) to post out on *certain date* as per requested.

(6) What happens if an item is out of stock?
Answer: Please read here, point no. 8, for the answer

(7) What shall i do if i don't receive my goods after you have shipped out our goods?
Answer: Please read here, point no. 5, for the answer

(8) What about undeliverable orders?
Answer: Occasionally orders are returned to us after 14 days if you are away/ not free to receive it.
When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you for it and you need to repay the postage before we can send out the 2nd time.

(9) What is the requirement to get a free gift?
Answer: You may select your free gift if you order RM50 and above. (excluding postage). Just click on the correct free gift category, select your free gift and add in the shopping cart.

(10) The free gift offered only got up til purchase of RM300 only. How about if I order RM400? Can I select 2 gifts, one from RM100 category and one from RM300 category?
Answer: No, free gift is counted per order.

(11) I purchased above RM300, but I like the gift categorised under RM100 instead, can I select the one under rm100?
Answer: Yes, you can select the free gift which is lower value of your total purchase, but also one pcs quantity only.

(12) My purchase is only RM50, but would like to get the gift for RM300, can I buy it? How much?
Answer: Sorry, those free gift are not for selling purpose unless otherwise published under selling categories.

(13) What is the expiry of the skin care products?
Answer: Do not worry on the expiry date at all. All products that has expiry date are guaranteed fresh and new. We have fixed batch of stock arriving every month and we are using them too. We trade with RESPECT, HONESTY, INTEGRITY, TRUST, JUDGEMENT, RESPONSIBILITY.

(14) How can I know that my order has been submitted successfully?
Answer: After successfully placing an order, you will see a page thanking you for your order. You will also get a confirmation email with all your order details. If you do not see either of these, there maybe a problem with your order. You can check My Account to view the info too.

(15) Can I make any changes/ add order after payment made? Suddenly my friends wanna add order.
